At Brand Hub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.
2. How to Request an Exchange

3. Exchange Process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with our exchange policy. If approved, we will ship the replacement item within 3-5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchange
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. However, if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Products marked as "final sale" or on clearance
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
